Our Lone Worker Security Service is divided into three key components:
1. Lone Worker Checks
Our team can text your lone workers at regular pre-defined intervals to check that they are okay. If no response is received within 5 minutes, a second text is sent. If no response occurs within a further 5 minutes, our Control Room will telephone. If this attempt at contact is unsuccessful, a mobile security patrol is despatched to the site as priority to make in-person contact.
2. Key Holder and Alarm Response Services
Our professional and highly qualified security division can provide around the clock key holder and alarm response services, removing your employees from risk and potentially dangerous situations.
3. Location Monitoring and GPS Tracking
Our lone worker division can monitor the location of your lone workers, ensuring that they arrive and depart from remote locations safely and on time. In addition, for travelling staff members, a simple tracking device can use GPS technology to determine their location continually and with accuracy.
